Q. What if my item does not fit?
A. You can arrange a return via email "email@example.com (see Return page to see if your items are eligible.
Q. What if my item was damaged during shipping?
A. Merkababe Designs is not responsible for any occurrence (loss, damage etc) after shipping and that issue should be taken up with the shipping service. See Terms of Service.
Q. What if I want a custom piece made?
A. All custom orders shall be placed by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Customs only offered at certain times of the year.
Q. My crystal/s color faded over time, can you replace?
A. We do not refund or replace crystals. Some crystal's color will fade over time if left in the sun. It's best to do a quick search to see what stones are safe to place in the sun.
